SORA EQ (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this online store to provide equestrian apparel, tack, and accessories. By using our website, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of any changes.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping

Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery estimates are listed on our Shipping Information page.

By placing an order, you agree that:

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete address.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
Customs duties and import taxes must be paid by the buyer (if applicable).

Tracked shipping is included for all orders except the Worldwide “No Tracking” option.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our full Return Policy can be found on our website. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Dirty or used returns are not eligible for a full refund; a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges receive free outbound shipping for the replacement item.
Defective or damaged items will be refunded or replaced.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed by the carrier, we will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Packages shipped without tracking are not eligible for replacement or refund if lost.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the SORA EQ logo, images, designs, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of SORA EQ and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

9. Privacy

SORA EQ is not liable for:

Injuries related to horseback riding or use of products
Damages caused by misuse or improper care of products

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external services

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be handled under Alberta jurisdiction.
