Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
In new, unworn condition
With all original tags attached
Free of dirt, hair, sweat, stains, or damage
Returns that arrive used or dirty will not be eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be issued at our discretion depending on the condition of the item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us right away. Defective items will be fully refunded or replaced at no extra cost to you.
How to Send a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are requesting an exchange, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Customs & Return Declaration
All returns must be marked as a “RETURN” or declared at a value of $0.
If customs fees are charged to us due to incorrect declaration, these fees will be deducted from your refund.
