1. Sponsor

The sponsor of the Sora Eq Labour Day Giveaway – Win a Navy Velocity Show Jacket (the “Giveaway”) is Sora Eq (the “Sponsor”), based in Alberta, Canada.
 

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations.
 

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 31, 2026 at 7:00 AM Mountain Time and ends on September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
 

4. How to Enter

Entrants may receive one (1) free entry by completing and submitting the official giveaway entry form on the Sora Eq website during the Giveaway Period.

No purchase is necessary to receive the free entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person.

During the applicable Sora Eq Labour Day Sale period, eligible purchases made through the Sora Eq online store will receive one (1) bonus entry for every $30 CAD spent.

Purchase bonus entries will be calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Only complete $30 CAD increments will receive an entry. Partial increments will not receive partial entries.

For example, an eligible merchandise subtotal of $89 CAD will receive two (2) bonus entries, while a merchandise subtotal of $90 CAD will receive three (3) bonus entries.

Entrants are encouraged to use the same email address for their giveaway entry and online purchases to allow purchase bonus entries to be matched correctly.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise deemed ineligible by the Sponsor may have the corresponding bonus entries removed.

Entrants may not use multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods intended to circumvent the Giveaway rules or obtain entries fraudulently. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entries reasonably believed to violate these Official Rules.
 

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Sora Eq Velocity Show Jacket in Midnight/Navy

Approximate retail value: $135 CAD.

The winner may select their preferred size from available Sora Eq inventory at the time the prize is awarded.

Standard shipping to the winner within Canada or the United States will be covered by Sora Eq.

The prize has no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Sora Eq reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
 

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Each valid free entry and each valid bonus entry will be included in the random draw.
 

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their giveaway entry or eligible purchase.

The selected winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and meet all eligibility requirements to receive the prize.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
 

8. Prize Delivery

Sora Eq will cover standard shipping of the prize to the confirmed winner at an eligible address within Canada or the United States.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, incorrect delivery information, or other shipping issues outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
 

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries fraudulently, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the proper administration of the Giveaway.

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration and operation of the Giveaway and interpretation of these Official Rules are final, subject to applicable law.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sora Eq and its representatives, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such limitation or release is prohibited by applicable law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, incorrect or incomplete entrant information, interrupted internet service, platform failures, or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
 

11. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used for the administration of the Giveaway, including verifying entries, calculating eligible bonus entries, contacting the selected winner, and awarding the prize.

Any additional use of entrant information for marketing purposes will be subject to the entrant’s consent and applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.
 

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sora Eq and not to Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or another social media platform.
 

13. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the applicable laws of Alberta and Canada, subject to any mandatory laws applicable in an entrant’s province, territory, state, or jurisdiction of residence.
 

14. Acceptance of Rules

By entering the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions.
